Curb Appeal
Curb appeal is your only chance to create a positive impact on buyers from a street perspective. The good and bad features that jump out at buyers create their first opinion of your home and how you keep up your home's regular maintenance.
Acknowledging this assists us in deciding what measures we can take to entice buyers from the street and into your home. If your home's exterior isn't inviting with retouched paint and blooming greenery we'll need to address those issues. Refer to the Curb Appeal Checklist and raise your home's final selling price.

Welcome Home
Could a buyer see themselves watching a movie in your living area, relaxing in your spa tub or inviting family and friends over for a dinner in your dining room? We want your house to pleasantly accept buyers and offer them a sense of easy living. I'll help you achieve this by recommending small improvements that highlight the features of your place.
I'll help you put in storage anything that gives the impression of clutter. Counter tops should be clutter-free. Brick-a-brack, souvenirs, family photos, and kids' works of art should get stored away too. We need to give mass appeal to the home so buyers can see it as their new home.
I know exactly what a room's best characteristics are and how to show them off. Areas that directly affect your bottom line include fixable like furniture pieces that should get removed, rooms that need neutral paint, carpet that needs changing, fixtures that need shining, and windows that need cleaning.
With me by your side, you'll know that your house has mass appeal and that it's welcoming, steering clear of "offensive" or "too-bright" colors on the walls and furniture. And if the house is empty, you can think about temporary furniture. You want your home to look inviting as opposed to cold and deserted.

Setting the Stage
The entire time your house in on the market, we're doing well if we're engaging the buyer's senses. Shadows are a mood changer and we'll draw back curtains, and create light where needed to invite the buyer inside. We'll enhance the mood of the house with enjoyable music to listen to while guests enjoy your home and ensure a nice scent circulates room-to-room. We'll include cozy-looking throws, and place pillows on your chairs and bed. We want buyers to feel like your current home has the potential to be. |
